His culinary adventures took him traveling and tasting across the country to Las Vegas where he expanded his knowledge on the fundamentals of Cuisine. The focus of his creations is the perfection of presentation and the journey of the products that he sources giving the familiar and far-fetched flavors guests crave. Nick’s story starts in Detroit with the Tallulah family of Birmingham. Starting as Sous Chef, he worked his way to Executive Chef because of his authenticity, technique, dedication, and approach in each dish. After dedicating five years to Tallulah Wine Bar and Bistro, Nick worked as Chef De Cuisine at Iridescence of Motor City Casino for two years. As Executive Chef of The Franklin and Besa, Chef Nick will drive the culinary experience that guest crave and will continue to venture back for.
